DoonTec offers a comprehensive benefits plan to assist our employees in their need for medical, dental and life Insurance coverage. DoonTec shares in a portion of the cost of the following benefits:
  • Health Insurance Plans (PPO)
    We offer a comprehensive Medical Network PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) Plan which allows you the flexibility to pick from a variety of doctors in a network without the hassles of referrals or having to choose a primary care physician.
  • Prescription Drug Plan
    We offer a Prescription Drug Card Plan which can be used at any Pharmacy within the network.
  • Vision and Dental Plan
    We offer Vision and Dental Insurance, a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) Plan that is offered as an added benefit through the Medical Insurance plan. At minimal cost, the plan pays a generous amount for regular eye exams, frames, contact lenses, etc.
  • Life Insurance
    We offer to all full time employees basic Life I nsurance at no additional cost.
  • Long-Term and Short-Term Disa bility
    We offer long term and short term Disability coverage to all fulltime salaried employees.
  • Employee Referral Bonus
    We provide bonus for referring an individual candidate that qualifies for our Project. The employee will receive a bonus 3 months after the referred employee starts on a project and must still be employed with the company at the time when the payment of bonus is due. Our Bonus Referral varies from $250 to $5000 depending on the client and the project.
  • Tuition Reimbursement
    We provide Tuition Reimbursement to full time salaried employees . Tuition Reimbursement has to be pre- approved 30 days in advance.
  • Relocation Assistance
    We provide relocation assistance to full time salaried employees .The employee can receive a relocation assistance from $250 to $2000 depending upon the location and duration of the Project.
  • Immigration Sponsorship
    • H1B Visa

      We have been sponsoring qualified and deserving candidates for H1B visas. We file H1B petitions for qualified & competent candidates when we are unable to find suitable candidates from amongst American citizens and permanent residents. We are fully cognizant of a H1B candidate’s need for employment stability as well as the compelling necessity for compliance with the salary mentioned in the LCA.

      We also sponsor Employees for Permanent Residency processing (also called the Green Card process) which consists of Labor Certification, I-140 permanent residency application and I-485 adjustment of status application.

    • TN Visa
      Only citizens of Canada and Mexico are eligible under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) to qualify for TN status. To qualify, the applicant must be a Canadian Citizen and coming to the United States to perform services at a professional level in one of the occupations that are designated under NAFTA.

      TN status is granted for a period of up to 1 year with unlimited extensions of stay in increments of 1 year thereafter. TN status is also employer-specific.
